Tourism in Comoros is characterized by its beautiful beaches, fishing, and mountain scenery. The country is relatively unknown to international visitors, but it offers world-class beaches, warm and friendly people, and an amazing underwater world. Some top attractions include whale watching, paradise beaches in Moheli, the streets and sceneries of Fomboni, off-the-beat paths of Anjouan, the active volcano at Mount Karthala, and the laid-back capital of Moroni. The appeal lies in its low tourist numbers and unspoiled beauty.

Comoros is made up of three islands. The Grand Comore (Ngazidja) is the largest Island and is home to the Comoros Capital. Mohéli (Mwali) is an absolute paradise and home to the Moheli Marine Park, which is one of the best places in the world to swim with Humpback Whales. Lastly, there’s Anjouan (Nzwani) which is known to have stunning vegetation and ample waterfalls
